In continuance of my note of the 23rd ultimo, I

enclose the final minutes and conclusions of the Inter-

Departmental Conference which was held at the Home Office

on Friday the 19th December. I am sending one copy for

each of the representatives of your office who were

present.

The copies of the draft minutes which I sent

previously should be destroyed.
